So yesterday (Wednesday) I went to Gothenburg with my friend Matilda. The weather was shit and I hadn’t slept (much), so I was a bit grumpy but we took the train at 9-ish and got there by 11am. Wasn’t long before I found this absolutely adorable floral dress that I wanted to get so badly, but alas, they didn’t have it in my size. I died a bit inside. But yeah, we walked around, looked in shops and stuff. She found a pretty t-shirt dress and striped shirts as always (it’s sort of her thing) and I bought pens from Muji (best pens ever), a floral t-shirt and Buffy - “No Future For You” (vol 2 of s8). Then we went to Pizza Hut and got an all-you-can-eat buffet, which rocked, I ate too much (dude it was yum) but I needed my energy, so. We stayed there a while, talked, ate, had a nice time. OH and Pizza Hut played awesome music like “It’s Only Natural” by Crowded House (which made me think of Amy) and other cool stuff. Anyway, after that we went to a book sale and I got Franny & Zooey!

It rained the entire time. I was hunting for a Led Zeppelin tee but I guess no one likes them ‘cause I couldn’t find any >:( Oh and we went to beloved Monki (monkigirl.se) and I got a lovely tulle skirt. I also got some peach/passion fruit tea in a wicked cute jar (that tea is delicious). Then our feet started hurting, but we had like 2 hours left until the train home, so we just drifted around from store to store for ages. Finally I went back to see that floral dress, and I couldn’t help myself, thought to myself, “I can fix it, no big deal,” and I bought it. It’s so fucken lovely. And yeah then we went home, we almost missed the train ‘cause the platforms were messed up. Also the train was crammed, we barely got seats. Read my Buffy comic on the way home. Then, y’know, yeah. I got home, haha. It was an awesome day, despite the rain.
